Sweet Crust Bakery was founded by Maria and James Thompson, third-generation bakers who grew up in their family's small-town bakery. We've carried forward their passion for traditional baking methods while incorporating modern flavors and techniques.
Our brick oven, built by master masons, reaches temperatures of 450°F, allowing us to create breads with a perfect crust and airy crumb. We believe in the power of a warm, shared meal and the importance of community.
